Flowchart to guide moderation
This chart is council-aimed but broadly applicable to izwe communities, aiming to assist community managers in judging how to respond. Loosely based on the US Air Force flowchart, and highly dependent on common sense, it's a first go - we're looking to improve it, so do suggest any changes or improvements in comments below.

Really useful way of visualising an often over complicated process. Good work! I especially like the reference to common sense.

Hi - was just having a look around the site, I work over at Hounslow and will be doing the same come next month. Monitoring was and always will be one of the main concerns, not sure what extra guidelines we will have to follow - let me know how you get on. Flowchart seems to make sense, though I'm not sure you will be able to address everything. Good luck Mrs d
