Your input wanted: Help us develop our 'how to' guides
We're setting out in the next few weeks to produce how to guides for various different aspects of using izwe in the work that local authorities undertake and the services they (you?) deliver.
These will be a starting point, a resource to be built up, improved, added to, and integrated with some more technical how tos. They'll be a bit interactive, so you can get straight away to the information that's most helpful and easily link to other resources, and will cover a range of topics including
- using izwe for a largescale citizens' panel,
- to productively engaging a small online group of service users
- how to use izwe for getting casual community feedback
...as well as a short aid to understanding the type of public engagement you are looking for, directing you to the appropriate resource.
If you have or can think of types of things that you'd like resident feedback on - whether it's codesigning a community project, or simply understanding what resident reaction will be to a decision you are thinking of making, leave your comments below and we'll try to incorporate them.
